17months old North West, daughter of Kanye and Kim West is the new fashion icon in the block now. She was seen with her mum wearing an expensive designer fur coat, black leggins, black dress and black loafers on an appointment to the spa in Beverly Hills. The little West even gave paparazzi thumps up.. So cool.
